The Disneyland Paris Gift Card must first be activated, and may then be used in the boutiques, restaurants and Guest storage in the Disney Parks, the boutiques, restaurants and bars operated by Disneyland Paris at Disney Village, as well as in the boutiques, restaurants / bars and concierge services of the Disney Hotels, with the exception of the sales outlets listed below. You can check the credit balance on your card in any Disney store. The Disneyland Paris Gift Card is valid for a defined period from the date of activation. It is not possible to add credit to your Gift Card and the balance credited on the card cannot be refunded. In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card cannot be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be resold.

Exclusions: Earl of Sandwich, Starbucks Coffee, Rainforest Café, McDonald’s, Vapiano, Five Guys, The Lego Store, Marina Del Rey, PanoraMagique, arcade games, Cinéma Gaumont and all carts, chalets and points of sale 'Glass sculpting' (Glass Fantaisies, Crystal Arts, Merlin l’Enchanteur) This list is subject to change.

All Disneyland Paris boutiques are accessible for Guests using a wheelchair, guide dog, or service dog and most are equipped with magnetic induction loop checkouts as well as handsets for the deaf and hard of hearing. Please ask a Cast Member for help if you can't reach any of our items, or to find out which boutiques have accessible fitting rooms.

Save time with your shopping! When you spend €50 or more in our boutiques before 2:30 PM, you can leave your purchases with us and pick them up later, either at the boutique in your Disney Hotel or at Disney Style in Disney Village, before the Disney Parks and Disney Village boutiques close. A complimentary reusable bag will be provided to each service user. This service is available in all of the Disney Hotels. ​
