Conditions
(2) You'll be able to meet various Disney Characters. However, we can't guarantee the presence of any specific Characters. Please check the Disneyland Paris Mobile App and information displayed in the Disney Parks to find out which Characters you can expect to meet.
(3) Disney Characters will be escorted at different moments and on different days throughout the season. Their presence at any precise time or location can therefore not be guaranteed.
(4) To enjoy this experience, you must join the Virtual Queue, available primarily via the Disneyland Paris Mobile App or with a Cast Member at the entrance of the Character Encounter. For more information, please visit our dedicated FAQ section here. Limited availability.
(5) Christmas Boxes are only available for stays at Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, for arrivals from 5 November 2026 to 11 January 2027. Bookings can be made via our Disney experts up to 2 days before your arrival and until 10 January 2027, or at the Hotel Concierge during your stay and until 11 January 2027. Subject to availability. (6) With reserved viewing area, you can enjoy one of our nighttime shows or our parade from a dedicated zone at the selected date and time, unless it is impossible for your chosen show or the parade to take place. This paid option is limited in quantity and subject to availability.
Please note that certain shows and parades in the Disney Parks may be adapted, delayed or cancelled without advance notice. This may be due to health and safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, major maintenance work, changing opening hours or attractions closing.
