Have a Disneyland Pass?

The general subscription conditions of the Disneyland Passes do not guarantee access to the Disney Parks when the Parks are at full capacity. Registration will be mandatory for any Disneyland Pass. You have to register your Pass on the date(s) of your choice on our dedicated online registration tool.It’s easy to register! Simply enter your Disneyland Pass number and choose the dates of your visit. You will need to be ready to show your registration confirmation e-mail as well as your Disneyland Pass to be able to access the Disney Parks on the day (subject to availability).Disneyland Pass members can make up to 3 reservations each at any one time. You can register a new visit date, either when the first visit date has passed, or if you decide to cancel one of your 3 reservations.If you are staying in a Disney Hotel or Village Nature Paris, you do not need to register in advance. Simply present your Magic Pass (provided at the hotel reception) at the Disney Parks entrance. Important: please check the visit dates authorised for your ticket or Disneyland Pass before you arrive.

If a specific date is indicated on your Ticket, you do not need to register in advance. You will be able to enter the Disney Parks on the day, according to the entry conditions that apply to your Ticket.If you have an undated Ticket, you must register on our online registration platform in order to enter the Disney Parks on the date of your choice (subject to availability).If your Ticket is valid over several days, you must register each visit date separately.

Question 3

Coming to the Parks as part of a Hotel + Ticket package?

Accepted Answer

If you booked a Hotel + Ticket package on our website or over the phone directly from Disneyland Paris, or via one of our partner operators distributing packages organised by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. ou Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S., you will be able to enter the Disney Parks each day of your stay. If you booked a package from a third party operator, please check directly with your operator whether or not you need to register.

Are you staying in a Disney Hotel or Village Nature Paris and bought your Park Tickets or Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass separately?

You do not need to register your Park Tickets on the day. Simply present your Magic Pass (provided at the hotel reception) at the Disney Parks entrance. Important: please check the visit dates authorised for your Park Tickets, Annual Pass or Disneyland Pass before you arrive.

Purchased a Park Ticket via one of our partners (official distributors, CE…)?

If a specific date is indicated on your Ticket, you do not need to register in advance. You will be able to enter the Parks on the day, according to the entry conditions that apply to your Ticket.If you have a non-dated Ticket or Pass, you must register on our online registration platform in order to ensure admission to the Disney Parks on the date of your choice (subject to availability).- Each of our partners uses its own ticket format. To find out which number on your ticket to use, you will find a range of examples of tickets issued by our partners when you register on our online registration platform.- If when you purchased your Ticket, you were told you need to exchange your purchase receipt or document when you arrive at the Parks, please call our holiday experts on +33 1 60 30 60 53 (International call rates apply. If you are a Disneyland Passholder, you must register your visit dates in advance.If you have already bought your special-rate ticket for Guests with disabilities online, you do not need to register your visit dates in advance.

What happens if I miss my registered dates?

If you or someone in your registration can’t make it, please remember to cancel or modify the number of Guests before 10am on the day.If you do not cancel your registration in advance and do not enter the Disney Parks (no-show) on your registered date 3 times in a 90-day window, Disneyland Paris will temporarily suspend your registration access for 30 days (if specified in the Terms and Conditions of your Ticket or Pass).Please note, the no-show policy is subject to change without notice.
