We are keen for our Instagram account to be a respectful place where people feel free to share.With this in mind, we have drawn up the following code of conduct:Anyone can comment posts on our wall. We are delighted to be able to offer a space where everyone can chat freely and respectfully share their opinions.It is our intention to leave all your comments exactly as they are written. We are, however, keen for all discussions on our Instagram account to remain civil, and we will not tolerate aggressive, vulgar or political comments.We will consequently moderate:• Messages inciting hatred (racism, insults, vulgarities, abuse, slander or violence…)• Pornographic messages• Advertising messages or messages of an activist nature• Gratuitous criticism• Religious proselytizing or messages attacking other religions• Messages containing URLs linking to pages that have no connection with Disneyland Paris• Messages containing a user’s personal details (email, telephone number, etc.)• Recurrent comments that repeat the same message over and over again• SpamFailure to respect these rules could lead to blocked access to our account.We thank you for your participation.

You just published a picture or video of Disneyland Paris on your Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or X profile or a comment related to Disneyland Paris. We love your photo/video/comment (“Post”) and know others will benefit from seeing it on our, Social Media channels (Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, official website www.disneylandparis.com, Disneyland Paris Official App and screens in Disney Adventure World, Disney Village and Disney Hotels), in our e-mails and on dedicated picture or video feeds displayed within partner travel agencies. As you consider allowing us to feature your Post, we want to make sure you know exactly how we intend to use it. If you are under the applicable age of majority, a parent or guardian must agree to these the below terms. By giving us your agreement by replying #Yes to our comment on your publication, you are agreeing the following:You consent and grant to Disneyland Paris the irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide right (but not the obligation), to use the picture/video/comment across Disneyland Paris Social Media pages (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Tumblr, official website www.disneylandparis.com and Disneyland Paris Official App), in our e-mails and on dedicated picture or video feeds within partner travel agencies. You acknowledge that your Post and account name may be used by Disneyland Paris’ affiliates in all media (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X) throughout the world for the duration of rights related to your Post.You authorize Disneyland Paris to credit you, use your name, image, likeness, and username/ handle in connection with, or to reference the fact of, your Post to the extent you include such information in your Post. You understand and agree that you will not have any right to inspect or approve Disneyland Paris use of the Post, the Post will not be returned to you, and you will not be paid or otherwise compensated for Disneyland Paris use of your Post.Aside from the rights specifically granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights to your Post. You represent and warrant that (1) your Post is your original creation for which you own and/or control all rights, (2) your Post does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party, or violate any other applicable laws or regulations, (3) your Post does not contain obscene, indecent, or harassing material or feature nudity or drug/alcohol use, (4) you have obtained the express permission of each identifiable person appearing in your Post to be included and displayed in the Post as provided herein and (5) you have the full power and authority to grant the rights contemplated herein. Posts may be removed by Disneyland Paris at any time and for any reason. You agree not to take any legal action against, and hereby irrevocably release and discharge, Disneyland Paris, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, or any other person or entity acting on its behalf, from all claims in connection with the use or viewing of Posts as contemplated herein including but not limited to any claims based on trademark, copyright, right of publicity, defamation or invasion of privacy.
