You can also access your digital MagicPass directly in the app, so you can head straight to the Disney Parks when you arrive (and if you’d like, we can even send you a message to let you know when your room is ready!)

Please note: To collect Disney PhotoPass™+, coupons, Gift Cards, or pre-booked excursion vouchers, please head to the Reception Desk at your Disney Hotel.

If you book your stay 3 days or less before arrival, you’ll not be able to access your digital MagicPass before your stay. You’ll need to go to your Hotel’s Reception Desk to activate them and pick up your Disney Park Tickets or Meal Vouchers (if applicable).

No, you can only complete your mobile check-in by providing your details via the official Disneyland Paris mobile app between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival or by completing check-in at your Disney Hotel Reception on the day.

This service is available for all Disney Hotels: Disneyland Hotel, Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel, Disney Newport Bay Club, Disney Sequoia Lodge, Disney Hotel Cheyenne, Disney Hotel Santa Fe, and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

However, it is not available at our Partner Hotels.

No problem! You can update some of the details provided during mobile check-in directly on the app. However, the information provided in the registration form can not be changed. If you filled in a form incorrectly, we can give you a new one to fill in at your Disney Hotel Reception.

Our Disney Hotels have a luggage room for Disney Hotel Guests. Please note that Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris do not offer this service.

If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, you can park free of charge at your Disney Hotel or in the Guest Parking. Simply present your Disney Hotel booking confirmation, or your digital MagicPass QR code.
